On a dark and stormy night, whiile the owl watches from his perch high in the tree, the Halloween festivities begin.

A pirate wields his sword while a ghost, skeleton and witch join the parade. Even Lucy, the dog, is included when the costumed children participate in the annual fun of "Trick or Treat".
