"A Chance of Flurries" depicts an adult female timber wolf named "Misfit." She is one of 25 timber wolves I've spent a great deal of time studying. I recall times when I was observing them when it began to snow lightly. As the snow started to cover the ground, it seemed as though all the sounds were absorbed. This piece depicts one of those tranquil moments in which the wolf's senses became very keen. - Bradley Parrish
