Bustin’ for Beans, Biscuits and Beef
The working cowboys of the great American West are rugged and interesting individuals. They are hard-working men who are very dedicated to their jobs and the ranch at which they are employed. Their long workday starts before dawn and continues until late in the day. Cowboys, for the most part, are known to be quiet and reserved. However, that can change when they hear the chuckwagon ring the bell at noon. It is the highlight of their busy day as they leave their work and dash off to the chuckwagon for beans, biscuits and beef. It will be the best that the chuckwagon cook has to offer, and the grub will taste wonderful to the cowboys. - Ray Swanson
