Moonlight and Roses
“Many is the night our old farmhouse glowed in the moonlight, the beautiful roses hugging the trellis. In the stillness you could just about hear the rhythm of the waves breaking on the shore of the bay. The sweet fragrance of the roses was as lovely as the salty breeze was refreshing. High on the hilltop, looking out from my room lit by an oil-burning lamp, I took in the delightful view, the water shimmering and dancing in the light of the moon. Moonlight and Roses is a treasured memory of mine,” reflects Paul Landry.
