Creating, cataloguing, installing and repairing clouds is the official job of The Great Kettles' Cloudkeeper. He hangs lightning, fills clouds with dehydrated rain and installs silver linings, too. Here, he has just returned Cloud Nine (which was out for repairs) to the sky where it belongs - right between Clouds Eight and Ten. Due to his uncanny ability to produce rain on command, the Cloudkeeper is also a member of The Great Kettles' Fire Department.
